I hold neither a state license to practice as a psychotherapist (Approbation als Psychotherapeutin) pursuant to the PsychThG nor a permit under the Alternative Practitioners Act (Heilpraktikergesetz). My activities comprise psychological counseling, coaching, and support outside the scope of medical/healing practices (außerhalb der Heilkunde) within the meaning of § 1 Abs. 2 S. 3 PsychThG. I recommend that individuals with mental illnesses of pathological clinical value (psychische Erkrankungen mit Krankheitswert) consult a licensed psychotherapist (approbierter Psychotherapeut) or a medical doctor.
