What I Offer
Tailored psychological support for individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families, in three languages, online and in person.
Service 01
For children, adolescents, and adults
Individual counselling is a focused, collaborative process between client and counsellor, aimed at building a supportive alliance characterised by mutual trust, transparency, and deep understanding, grounded in the development of mindful awareness and self-knowledge. You are invited to explore your inner experiences, as well as your beliefs and your patterns of thought and behaviour. This experience can be empowering and lead to a meaningful improvement in psychological well-being.
Service 02
Counselling for children, adolescents, and families
Counselling for children, adolescents, and families addresses situations that affect one or more family members, with the goal of strengthening the functioning of the family dynamic. It focuses on behavioural patterns and how they affect cohesion and communication between members, allowing each person to express their feelings openly and to recognise dysfunctional relational patterns and the factors that intensify tension. Intergenerational interaction and an understanding of family roles are key tools that help to identify and change unhelpful patterns. The family counsellor acts as a mediator who encourages open and safe communication, strengthening mutual understanding and empowering each member to manage conflict and reinforce family cohesion.
Service 03
Couples counselling is a process that aims to strengthen the emotional connection and interpersonal communication between the two members of a relationship. It offers an opportunity to assess the relationship and provides the right framework to examine dysfunctional patterns that may be affecting the couple's dynamic. In relationships in crisis, for example, after events that cause emotional strain or breaches of trust, couples counselling can support conflict management and offer new strategies for rebuilding trust and security in the relationship.
Service 04
Telephone and online counselling offer a safe and accessible framework of support, allowing people to express their thoughts and feelings openly, regardless of their geographical location. This form of counselling provides a non-judgmental environment in which clients can work through personal issues and challenges in a space where they feel comfortable and at ease. Through online sessions we provide guiding support, helping to address complex emotions such as anxiety and sadness, and encouraging focused, future-oriented decisions that promote psychological well-being. It strengthens autonomy and encourages individuals to develop self-care and resilience skills as they explore new perspectives and goals within a supportive and flexible framework.
